This yoga style is a mix of various styles that Terrie has encountered over her years of exploring many disciplines. There are influences from Bikram Yoga and Pilates, as well as ballet. Routines contain breathing, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Throughout the whole class, Terrie will instruct you every step of the way to be sure that you are clear on what should be done without having to be a yoga expert at your first class!
This class is for both beginners and long-time practitioners.
