Nicole Astralananda
Nicole
leads beautiful meditative movement ceremonies for grounding stress and
fatigue by tapping into the Universal Qi field and gathering life force
energy by utilizing breath and visualization. Oprah Winfrey recently
expressed that “Qi Gong is the best longevity exercise”. Nicole was introduced
to Qi Gong at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing where specializations
in Oriental Body Therapies developed her passion for this practice. Continued
studies with Bill Helm at the Taoist Sanctuary, Grandmaster Fu’s Emei
style, and certification through the Supreme Science of Qi Gong Center
lends to an engaging integration of this ancient healing art.
Nicole's energy is light, and her work is heart-centered. She courageously enters the depths of one's pain for it to transmute into greater awareness and then release. Nicole holds space for people to let go of their holding patterns, welcoming anger, fear and sadness to surface and meet compassion.
Nicole has attained certification in over six bodywork modalities, contributing to the unique range in her treatments. She is a graduate of the renowned Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, which focuses on the bodymind experience. As a member of Young Living, continuing education includes cleansing protocols and therapeutic aromatherapy. She has attained certification as Holistic Health Practitioner, and holds a BA in Sociology and Women’s Studies. Nicole interned at the University Of Colorado Office Of Victim's Assistance and focused on issues of domestic violence. In her practice, she has worked at spas, chiropractic offices, Super Bowl events, and is a primary therapist for Cox Cable. Currently, her focus is studying with a master of bioenergetics and CranioSacral therapy.
Dedicated to the path of spiritual growth and physical embodiment, Nicole is passionate about her path as a healer. Her daily practice includes personal healing, strengthening intuition, movement and manifestation. Nicole enjoys Pilates, bike riding and belly dancing. She has spent two years learning the arts of a Priestess and sees her path as being in service to Spirit, helping to heal the Earth and her children.
