In a healing session with Valera, she will use a combination of Reiki and crystals to energize and regenerate your body, mind and spirit. She channels messages from her spirit guides especially for the receiver, often leaving the receiver with a sense of peace and comfort. She channels this natural, holistic, complementary healing modality that aids in restoring and maintaining your health by balancing the chakras and auras. Though the techniques that Valera uses are gentle, the results can be profound.
